A "nail house" sits in the middle of a road in Nanning, in China’s Guangxi region on April 10. According to The Telegraph, the house has sat in the road for more than a decade after a dispute with developers over compensation for the demolition of the property. A “nail house” has become a term used to describe houses where residents refuse to be evicted for land developers.
