Mark Cuban, billionaire entrepreneur and owner of the Dallas Mavericks, says he would “absolutely” listen to Hillary Clinton about running as her vice president. But he added, “She would have to go more to center.”
Recently, he joked he would be Clinton’s running mate if he could “throw bombs” at Trump. But in his interview with NBC’s Chuck Todd, Cuban took a somewhat serious tone. “If she’s willing to listen, if she’s willing to hear other sides of things, then I’m wide open to discussing it,” Cuban said.
The outspoken businessman said he appreciates that Clinton has “thought-out proposals, that’s a good thing, because at least we get to see exactly where she stands.”
However, he continued, “Senator Sanders has dragged her a little bit too far to the left” on issues that could “hurt the economy.”
More of Chuck Todd's interview with Mark Cuban will air Sunday on NBC's "Meet the Press".
