Comedian Tracy Morgan remains in critical but stable condition following a deadly highway crash that killed one of his friends, his representative Lewis Kay said Thursday.
"Today was a better day. While Tracy remains in critical, but stable, condition, he continues to show signs of improvement," Kay's statement read.
A Walmart truck driver pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges of vehicular homicide and assault in connection with the New Jersey accident. His truck slammed into a limo bus carrying Morgan and his entourage, police said. Morgan's mentor, James McNair, was killed. Three others, including the "30 Rock" star, were critically hurt.
